Training-Cube Explosive Deadlift

1.  Deadlift:
Bar x 15, stiff leg
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

2.  Stiff Leg Deadlift:
225 x 10
235 x 10
245 x 10

3.  Barbell Row:
185 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Session Grade:  80%
Notes:
Deadlifts went fast, and stiff legs went really well.  Rowing I was pretty tired, but still managed to get some good volume in.  Good training day all around.
