185 x 8
225 x 8
275 x 5
315 x 3
345 x 3, beltless PR!



2.  Olympic Squat:
255 x 10, 10, 10, 10

3.  Single Leg Curl:
4 sets of 12

Session Grade:  80%
Notes:
Really good session today, hit a nice little PR and got some good volume in on olympic squats.
